All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier coverage, and customs restrictions.

Domestic shipping: 3–7 business days
International shipping: 7–15 business days

ZUOFUN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at marketing@zuofun.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue; however, resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, or incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
